Core
Aeration
We use professional-grade equipment to remove small plugs of soil across your lawn, relieving compaction and improving airflow, water penetration, and nutrient absorption directly to the roots.
Premium Overseeding
A premium Tall Fescue and Kentucky Bluegrass blend is applied across the lawn to increase density, improve color, and strengthen your turf’s resistance to weeds, drought, and disease.
Customized Seeding Rates
We apply 5 lbs per 1,000 sq. ft. for overseeding and 8–10 lbs per 1,000 sq. ft. for new lawns to ensure proper germination and coverage.
Starter Fertilizer Guidance
We recommend pairing overseeding with a starter fertilizer treatment to improve seed germination and early growth for best results.
